Owner Tee Belachew was born in Ethiopia and merges his knowledge of his native cuisine with his culinary experience in European and Asian kitchens for a menu of authentic, flavorful dishes with blends of seriously mouth watering spices. Favorite dishes include the Ethio-Asian fried rice that is light on the rice and heavy on the spicy chicken, eggs and vegetables and the Yemismir Wot of split red lentils slow-cooked with onions and garlic in a flavorful berbere sauce. Other equally delicious eats include the Tibs Firfir, which contains cubes of lamb or beef sauteed in clarified butter with onions, garlic, tomatoes and jalapenos tossed with injera as well as some truly powerful, taste-bud-pleasing curry that is made fresh from T's special blend of spices. The delectable food isn't all T's has to offer though, they also feature live entertainment, DJ's, a full bar and a  warm, spirited environment.
