Is there anything additional I have to buy, like food, supplements, vitamins, etc. or is everything included in this price?

Dana, Physicians Weight Loss Centers will make recommendations based on individual needs, but nothing additional is required. The only thing that is highly recommended are 2 boxes of supplements a week that are $17 that will help maintain your lean muscle mass.
