NewFilmmakers Los Angeles is a non-profit organization designed to showcase innovative works by emerging filmmakers from around the world, providing a forum for professionals and film goers to discuss all aspects of the artistic process. Founded in 2007, NewFilmmakers Los Angeles has established itself as a gathering place for cinema with over 6,300 constituents in the Los Angeles community, screening over 300 films from more than 15 different countries.

Each month, NewFilmmakers LA at Sunset Gower Studios will be presenting Red Carpet Screenings of documentaries, shorts and features that have been submitted from all over the world, followed by a Q&A with each director about the film. The Screening Program also offers a special after party so the audience can meet the new filmmakers and the incredible talent involved.
