- Your choice of either Creative Dramatics or Yoga classes for kids at Hope Stone. 15 weeks of instruction beginning January 7, 2013.
- Creative Dramatics connects the young artist with their personal power. They work on basic theater skills that strengthen confidence in an energized environment. Guided self-expression encourages acceptance as we discover the unlimited power of the imagination. This class is for 4-6 year olds and is taught Tuesdays from 3:45 to 4:30.
- Yoga class for youth provides a safe, fun, loving environment that allows for personal expression and creativity. Our goal is to maintain a judgment-free zone where we help youth to become more conscious of themselves and their bodies, thoughts, and feelings. Every yoga class offers an asana practice and mindfulness meditation, as well as provides tools for stress management and handling powerful emotions. Each individual is nurtured, encouraged, and honored to be exactly who they are, on and off the mat, ensuring a place for loving, caring, and healing. Yoga is taught on Fridays from 3:45 to 4:30 to 4-6 year olds.
- Hope Stone, Inc. provides outreach and support services in the Houston area through dance and performance art. Hope Stone is dedicated to improving the quality of life for Houstonians using art.
