Inside, a warm and hospitable atmosphere welcomes you with white-clothed tables, polished silver and fluffed napkins. Hanzel and Eder Yanez-Mota, the brothers who opened Chili Verde just a few short years ago, have brought family recipes from the homeland such as the ceviche which Westword's Jason Sheehan raved, "one bite told me nearly everything I needed to know about the skilled hands in the kitchen. So good. Possibly the best in town, certainly the simplest, definitely authentic." Ceviche isn't the only thing they do extra right: voted Best Crepes in 2010 by Westword, Chili Verde's delicately folded, chicken stuffed crepes are generously covered with creamy poblano sauce and sweet kernels of corn, creating the perfect balance of rich and smoky flavor.
