So, this is an unusual set up. We won't actually purchase tickets? We just bring the Voice Daily Deal printout that was emailed to us and that will get us in the door? Typically, you buy the voucher and then have to go in and "buy" tickets but use the voucher number and it comes out free or reduced by whatever amount. I just want to make sure all I need are the vouchers that were emailed to me (2 separately, but we will be seated next to each other since they were in one transaction? Tickets will be available starting at 10 am, but how late will they be available?

You will present the ticket at the box office the day of the show. The concert starts at 8 pm, I would suggest picking up your tickets by show time. When redeeming ticket, must show valid ID that matches name on Voice Daily Deal. Yes, if you purchased together your tickets will be together. Thanks.

I thought my question/concern was pretty clear. I guess it wasn't. From what I can tell, I was emailed "certificates" and my name is no where on either of them.

This is a better deal than the Groupon deal from this past weekend. I'm glad I waited. If you buy 2 tickets here for $68 you get the tickets plus 2 drinks/2snacks for rows R-S . The Groupon was 2 tickets for $75 for rows S-U. No snacks or drinks.
