With chef Esther Mbaikambey, a native Nigerian and past Jamaica resident, at the helm, Fu-Fu Cuisine serves up completely unique West African and Caribbean fare with the skill and ease that only nine years in the catering business can teach. The menu offers a culinary tour of ethnic food with dishes sprawling the map and even going head-to-head like the sweet Caribbean meat pies up against the rich West African version. Favorite eats include the light and crispy fried tilapia, must-try yassa chicken, curried goat, a surprisingly awesome rendition of spaghetti and meatballs, jerk chicken and pof-pofs, which are buttery, dense dumplings spiced with nutmeg that make the perfect sweet ending to a boldly flavored meal.

Fu-Fu Cuisine is open Monday through Saturday from 11:00am - 9:00pm and Sunday from noon - 8:00pm.
