What if 2 hours has passed and the 45 point checklist is not complete?

Hello Lisa! Normally the cleaner can finish in the time frame, but if the house is too messy or big, the cleaner will ask the customer to prioritize which rooms they want done first. The cleaner will work hard to complete as much as possible. If the customer wants the cleaner to stay longer, the price will be $20/hr after the first 2 hrs (this is a reduced rate for Deal purchasers). Thank you!

Can the voucher be used for a move-in or move-out cleaning job?

Jenna, The voucher can be used for Move-in & Move-outs, but since those tend to take longer to complete the cleaner will do their very best in the two hour time frame. The cleaner can stay past the two hours at $20/hr if needed. Thanks!
