Leonardo da Vinci is considered by many to be the most diversely talented person ever to have walked the earth. Though he died in 1519, his artworks, inventions, writings, and mathematical and scientific breakthroughs continue to shape our world.

All this is reflected in the fascinating Da Vinci Hollywood Exhibit at Hollywood & Highland Center (across from the Kodak Theatre), which beautifully presents more than 60 full-sized replica Da Vinci-invented machines; 20-plus reproductions of his works of art (including two galleries devoted to the legendary Mona Lisa and Last Supper paintings); and an activity area with over 30 intriguing games to play and models to build. You'll be amazed and how many of the things we still use daily were originally conceived by this ultimate "Renaissance man".

There's something for the whole family at the Da Vinci Hollywood Exhibit. Excuse the stereotyping, but guys will love the machines; gals will admire the art; and kids will never be bored with so many interactive attractions on offer. The exhibit is normally $18 for adults, but with today's deal you'll pay just $7. It's all over on July 4, so do the math (Da Vinci-style!) and hurry over to Hollywood for a huge shot of inspiration and education.
