Armed with recipes straight from New York, Feed Me Food Truck is different from other bahn mi institutions because, as Feast Magazine explains, "the sandwiches are larger, with a softer, more airy roll," resulting in more of a focus on the filling. Menu options include the Midwesterner favorite: banh mi dac biet with slices of succulent pork belly, Vietnamese ham and a foundation of sweet ground pork alongside standard cucumber, cilantro and against pickled carrots and radish. Other eats include the stir-fried steak and onion bahn mi and fresh summer rolls with shrimp.
