And how hard can it be? After all, the legendary Pregnant Burrito is juicy chunks of avocado, the meat of your choice and onions in a burrito smothered in enchilada sauce and mouthwatering melted cheese (and for the faint of heart, there's also the Mini Pregnant Burrito).

El Nopal has been serving generous portions of the best authentic Mexican food in town since 1974 and the new owners have made it even better, with friendly service and fine fresh fare. The Pregnant Burrito is their trademark, but El Nopal's charms don't end there. The menu includes tacos for the connoisseur; hand-rolled taquitos topped with homemade guacamole; and more-ish chile rellenos; tamales; and enchiladas. For you late-risers, El Nopal offers breakfast burritos all day.
