What type of power core aeration machine do you use? And is this power aeration done in one visit that includes all the included services listed? Do you provide the seeds in the "power seeding" service and if so, are they to match the type of seed already in my lawn (drought tolerant) or is it a pre-formulated variety? Will I have a long wait before anyone is able to come service the lawn? Do I have to be at home when they are treating the yard? Thank you.

Hello Terah! The type of power core aeration machine used is the Lawn Air 4. Yes, this power aeration done in one visit that includes all the included services listed. Lawn Doctor does provide the seeds in the "power seeding" service and they do match the type of seed already in your lawn (drought tolerant), they also have a pre-formulated variety available if necessary. You do not have to be home but they will need access to your yard and pets will need to be cleared from the area. Yes $100 worth of Lawn Services (Lawn services include: Lawn Maintainer Care, Tree and Shrub Maintainer Care, Natural Lawn Care, Pest Control, Organic Lawn Care.) $50 per 3,000 sq feet of lawn and an evaluation is required to determine this, you can also combine deals if they want to cover more sq footage.
