I know the voucher is only good for IKEA Houston, but is the gift card you get only good for IKEA Houston? For example, if I buy this, go to IKEA Houston to get the gift card, can I give the gift card to someone who lives near another IKEA to use?

Once you redeem your voucher for a gift card, they are bound by the same rules as regular IKEA gift cards. So yes, you will be able to use two on a single purchase. Thanks!
