Six Tiger Prawn poached in Bayou Broth on cabbage and cucumber slaw. Served with a Wasabi spiked "Fireworks" cocktail sauce
Brick oven baked flatbread topped with basil, garlic, and pine nut pesto and finished with Whole Milk, Mozzarella Cheese, and Oven Roasted Tomatoes
A rich, Black-Eyed Pea Soup with Andouille Sausage, carrot, onion, celery, and tomato. Garnished with crisp Buttermilk Slaw
2nd Course: Salad

Crisp greens, toasted pecans, sun dried cranberries, crumbled goat cheese, and carrot tossed with a creamy balsamic and olive oil dressing
Chopped hearts of Romaine tossed in creamy Caesar dressing, sprinkled with cobia cheese, served with crostini croutons

Pan seared, macadamia nut and panko crusted Mahi medallions with confetti Jasmine Rice and a fresh mango, papaya, and orange relish
Grilled and glazed with Aaron's Chipotle Love Glaze. Served with oven roast golden fingerling potato, asparagus, and baby carrot
Grilled to order and served with a fresh chimichurri sauce. Accompanied by Asiago parmesan mashed Yukon Gold potato and herb roasted winter vegetables.
